Mike Robertson is an R & D chemist and founder/general manager for RH2O Engineering, Inc. He has worked in the field of industrial water treatment for the past 35 years. He developed a proprietary process for extending copper casting wheel life that has been in use worldwide for the past 25 years. He has specialized in the development of proprietary chemical solutions for the processing of spent soluble oils to separate the spent oil from the water so that the water can be recycled back into the process. RH2O currently is in the developmental stages of producing a system to monitor and control the isopropyl alcohol concentration of pickling solutions in real time. He founded RH2O Engineering, Inc. in 1995. His team of Ph.D. chemists continues to develop unique solutions to vexing problems in the casting and wiredrawing industries. He has B.S. degrees in chemistry, environmental science, and public planning.
