Kazunari Yoshida


Kazunari Yoshida is a professor of precision mechanics at the school of engineering at Tokai University, Japan. He researches wiredrawing, extrusion, and forging processes and has served as a member of the steering committee for Japanese Wire Drawing. He holds a Ph.D. degree in engineering. He authored a prize-winning paper for the Japan Society for Technology of Plasticity in 1984 and won medal awards from The Wire Association International, Inc., for the best paper in the nonferrous division in 1999, 2001, 2003, and 2004, and in the general division in 2008 and 2009. He was awarded WAI’s 2011 Mordica Memorial Award.
