This presentation addresses the equipment and processes for marking, printing, and guiding insulated wire and cable in addition to precise positioning of wire and cable relative to processing and gauging equipment. It discusses flexible turn-key designs suitable for a variety of applications on a product range from 28 gauge up to a 6-in. diameter. Equipment can be located in-line during extrusion, off-line during take-up and payoff, barrel-fed for wire and harness processing, and used for short runs for wire and cable distribution.
